Tabak and his daughter Mree left the steppes south of Wa and travelled across the land looking for others of their clan that have disappeared over the years.

It was during a chance encounter in Gheldaneth when Kenari Sanura and her friends had travelled there in search of the wizard Kavalox that they were able to reunite once again to share their tales.

Saddened by the loss of his brother before he was able to find him again, he was gladdened to know that at least Kenari Sanura was still doing well in her travels. A bead in the shape of a black cat’s head was given to him by Kenari Sanura in case he should ever wish to find her again, as she left with her companions and they continued on their quest to find more of their clan.
