This mysterious being can often be found in tavernback rooms and private parties of Refuge, and he takes particular delight in sitting quietly in darkened bedchambers until the occupants of said rooms are up to some-thing interesting (particularly plotting adventuring deeds that skirt laws closely, or involve secrecy) whereupon Helm-ho makes it clear that they’re not alone.
